“I have lived in this community for 13 years. During this time, I've never had to worry about maintenance problems. We are fortunate to have a skilled, professional maintenance staff. If a problem should arise in my apartment, I know it will be dealt with in a timely manner. Recently, my A/C was not working properly and the temperatures were well into the 80's. Almost immediately a maintenance technician, Osvaldo, knocked at my door. He wasted no time diagnosing the problem. He even offered to bring a portable A/C unit to my apartment until he had finished the repair. I think that shows how caring the staff are about the residents. As it turns out, Osvaldo found a wire to the outside unit that had broken. He informed me immediately about what he had found and within a few minutes the cool air was blowing into my living room. In my 13 years of experience at The Braxton there's one thing I know for sure, both the management staff and the maintenance staff appreciate and care about the wellbeing of the residents.
